Plastics Footprint

We’re helping people live their best lives with the smallest footprint.

Waste has No Place in Business – or in Tomorrow’s Circular Economy

We know that governments, retail partners, community and consumers all care a lot about this issue, and we do too. We’re working to reduce our impact in several ways:

1.Reduction - remove excess plastic from both our products and packaging, and incidental usage throughout our supply chain and distribution networks

2.Recycled content – we’re increasing recycled content across the board to not only reduce the carbon footprint of our materials, but to also support Australia’s recycling targets and help create end markets to ensure this material stays out of landfill

3.Alternatives  – we’re funding research and development to find viable alternatives where our products have a plastic (efficacy) component.

We’re a signatory to the APCO 2025 National Packaging Targets, and have made a commitment to reach 40% recycled content by 2030 - above and beyond APCO's 20% recycled plastic by 2025 goal. You can learn more about APCO and the packaging targets here.
