A selected batch of interns get the opportunity to be a part of our LEAP (Learn Experience & Accelerate Program) Summer Internship Program every year. Over a period of eight weeks, interns work on live projects solving key business problems under the guidance of seasoned mentors. LEAP provides development experiences, education and exposure designed to drive learning & contribution.
Interns who perform exceptionally are considered to join Kimberly-Clark as full-time employees, post completion of their education. Once onboarded, they join the Kimberly-Clark culture that strives to unleash the full power of these individuals, with careers that give them the opportunity to learn, contribute, grow and become future leaders.
Program to strengthen our workforce diversity

ONWARD is a ten-week program in the Bangalore Digital Technology Centre, where experienced professionals receive development training, leadership coaching and mentorship as they restart their careers following a sabbatical. Through this program we provide a road to re-entry for professionals to a corporate career.
