Building an inclusive and diverse culture is a responsibility we take to heart

Why We Care

Building an inclusive and diverse culture is a responsibility we take to heart at Kimberly-Clark—not just because it makes business sense, but because it is the right thing to do.

We believe each person should be treated with respect, dignity and valued for their unique talents and experiences. In order to achieve this, we adopt programs to help combat inequities for our people, our consumers, and our communities around the world—to make lives better today and tomorrow.

Leading with Inclusion

We call our overarching program Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) to reflect our belief that to truly achieve diversity we must lead with inclusion. By centering inclusion in our culture, we make space for a diversity of voices and experiences that unlock broader perspective and deeper insight, ultimately leading to innovation and higher quality decisions.

Inclusion is a choice that requires the full commitment of each team member, but ultimately makes our winning culture even stronger. Supported by unwavering commitment from our leaders, we address inequality and biases to create long-term change, transforming our aspirations and beliefs into a new, better reality.

"Cultivating an environment that empowers authenticity and embraces diversity— where differences are not only recognized but valued and leveraged—is core to our ability to deliver our purpose of Better Care for a Better World."
