Ehab Abou-Oaf
President, Kimberly-Clark Professional

As President of Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP), Ehab Abou-Oaf leads Kimberly-Clark's global business-to-business operations, which provide a wide range of commercial products and services. Most recently, he served as vice president & managing director for Kimberly-Clark in Middle East & Africa, geographically covering GCC, Nigeria, South Africa & Southern African markets, and developing MEA (North, East, remaining sub-Saharan Africa and the Levant). Mr. Abou-Oaf strengthened our business, resulting in increased sales and profit, market share growth across categories, and stronger employee engagement.

Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in early 2020, Mr. Abou-Oaf spent 19 years in senior management roles with Mars, Inc, including president, Mars Wrigley Confectionery for Asia, Australia, Middle East & Africa. Prior to joining Mars, he spent 10 years with Procter & Gamble in packaging, product development, and marketing roles. He has gained extensive international experience throughout his career, including Saudi Arabia, Belgium, Japan, Egypt, and China.

In addition to his role at KCP, Mr. Abou-Oaf is the chairman of the board of governors of the Singapore American School and president of Food Industry Asia. He is also a member of the board of the American University in Cairo, the Singapore American School, and is an adjunct professor in the college of business (Nanyang Business School) at NTU.

An Egyptian/Belgian citizen, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Engineering from the American University in Cairo following his graduation with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the United World College of Lester Pearson in Canada.

Doug Cunningham
President, EMEA Consumer Business

As President of Kimberly-Clark's Europe, Middle East and Africa consumer business, Doug Cunningham is responsible for one of the company's most dynamic and diverse regions, serving over two billion consumers in 120 countries with iconic brands, including Andrex, Depend, Huggies, Kleenex, Kotex, Lily and Scottex, across developed, developing, and emerging markets.

Mr. Cunningham joined Kimberly-Clark in 2019 from Johnson & Johnson, where he held a series of progressive leadership positions across customer development, marketing, and general management in multiple countries across Asia Pacific, North America, and Africa. He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Sydney.

Tamera Fenske
<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Chief Supply Chain Officer</p>

As Chief Supply Chain Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Tamera Fenske has global responsibility for the company's procurement, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, safety and sustainability organizations, as well as the company's Global Nonwovens division.

Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2022, Ms. Fenske served as senior vice president of manufacturing and supply chain for 3M Company where she led end-to-end supply chain in the U.S. and Canada across all its business groups and markets. During her 22-year tenure with 3M, Fenske held various senior roles leading manufacturing, supply chain and operations for many of the company's global businesses, as well as plant management. She brings additional prior experience from Marathon Ashland Petroleum and Dow Chemical Company.

Ms. Fenske holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Zack Hicks
<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Chief Digital and Technology Officer</p>

As Chief Digital and Technology Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Zack Hicks leads at the intersection of digital and business transformation, delivering value through K-C’s digital core as well as providing innovative next-generation technology solutions that deliver growth, build brands and create competitive advantage for the company.

Mr. Hicks joined Kimberly-Clark in 2022 after 26 years of leadership at Toyota Motors North America. His most recent roles included serving as CEO of Toyota Connected, a startup operating as the company's data science hub, as well as Chief Digital Officer of Toyota Motors North America. Mr. Hicks is a recipient of multiple industry awards including the AIS Leadership Excellence Award and D CEO Dallas Awards, and is an inductee to the CIO Hall of Fame, an honor CIO Magazine bestows to IT executives who have had a significant impact on the profession. He also serves on the board of directors of Signet Jewelers Limited, the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry, since 2018.

Mr. Hicks holds an MBA in business and technology from the University of California at Irvine. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University, from which he received the Distinguished Alumnus Award at the Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Michael D. Hsu
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Michael Hsu is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Kimberly-Clark Corporation and serves on its Board of Directors.

Before becoming CEO in January 2019, Mr. Hsu served as chief operating officer, leading day-to-day operations of Kimberly-Clark’s business units, along with the global innovation, marketing, and supply chain functions. Joining Kimberly-Clark in 2012 as group president of the company’s nearly $8 billion North American Consumer Products business, he quickly became known as a leader with passion and vision who could drive growth and value creation.

Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Mr. Hsu held senior and executive leadership roles at Kraft Foods. Before Kraft, he spent six years at H.J. Heinz, holding the positions of vice president of marketing for Ore-Ida and Frozen Meals, and later as president for Foodservice. He launched his career in the consumer products industry as a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he rose to partner in the firm's consumer practice.

Mr. Hsu earned a bachelor's degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Sandi Karrmann
Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Sandi Karrmann has global responsibility for the human resources function, including talent recruiting, development and performance management, labor relations, compensation, and employee benefits.

Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2021, Ms. Karrmann's experience spanned several key senior leadership roles at PepsiCo, YUM!, Pizza Hut, and Tenet Health. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology and communications from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in finance from the University of Southern California.

Alison Lewis
Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Alison Lewis has the responsibility to drive growth through global marketing, innovation, and commercial capabilities. A veteran in the consumer goods industry, Alison has served in leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, the Coca- Cola Company, and Kraft Foods.

Alison joined Kimberly-Clark from Johnson & Johnson in 2019, having served most recently as Chief Marketing Officer of the Global Consumer business.

In Kimberly-Clark’s top growth role, Alison believes in the power of brand building with a purpose-led and digital-first lens while ensuring that innovation, in-market execution, and price-to-value realization delight and inspire consumers and shoppers every day.

A native of Canada, Alison earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario.

Robert Long
Chief Research and Development Officer

As Chief Research and Development Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Robert Long has global responsibility for the company's research, development, innovation, and quality functions, and is charged with accelerating growth through innovation that addresses opportunities to elevate the company’s trusted brands.

Mr. Long has more than four decades of research and development, quality, and innovation leadership within the consumer products goods industry. He joined Kimberly-Clark in 2021 after a 17-year tenure with The Coca-Cola Company that included senior leadership roles across countries and sectors, culminating in his most recent role as Coca-Cola's senior vice president for Global R&D and chief innovation officer. Long's experience also includes 25 years at Procter and Gamble where he led research and development for feminine care in multiple markets as well as detergents, cosmetics, and coffee.

Mr. Long attended Princeton University, graduating with a Chemical Engineering degree, and earned an MBA in Finance from Xavier University of Ohio.

Jeffrey Melucci
Chief Business Development and Legal Officer

As Chief Business Development and Legal Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Jeff Melucci leads the company’s global portfolio strategy aimed at executing M&A, partnership, equity investment, and divestiture initiatives. In addition, he leads all legal, public policy, governmental affairs, compliance, and security operations for the company.

Mr. Melucci has a 20-year track record of delivering strong business and legal results. Before joining Kimberly-Clark in 2013, he held a series of general counsel and operational roles for General Electric over a nearly 10-year period. He earned a bachelor's degree with honors from The Ohio State University and a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati where he was Managing Editor of the Law Review.

Paula Ramos
<p>Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer</p>

As Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Paula S. Vaz Ramos has global responsibility for the company's enterprise strategy and the transformation initiatives designed to accelerate growth and value creation.

Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2021, Ms. Ramos was a partner at McKinsey & Company. In her 18 years at McKinsey, she advised some of the world's largest consumer goods manufacturers, retailers, and pharmaceutical companies on finding new sources of growth, transforming business portfolios, driving commercial and culture transformations, and building lasting competitive advantages. Ms. Ramos led the firm's global consumer health practice and played pivotal roles in McKinsey's inclusion and diversity programs.

A native Brazilian, Ms. Ramos holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Magna Cum Laude high honors degree in commerce from McGill University.

Russ Torres
President, North America Consumer Business

As group president of Kimberly-Clark's North American consumer business, Russ Torres is responsible for the company's Personal Care and Consumer Tissue businesses in the U.S. and Canada, which are home to some of the world's most recognized and trusted consumer brands. He previously served as president of the Kimberly-Clark Professional business, which provides a wide range of commercial products and services globally.

Mr. Torres joined Kimberly-Clark in 2020 with more than 20 years of experience within the consumer product goods industry, spanning several key senior leadership roles at Bain & Company, Mondelez International/Kraft Foods Inc., and Newell Brands, where he last served as group president, leading five divisions, 11 brands, and nearly $6 billion in revenue in over 40 countries. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Magna Cum Laude high honors degree in physics from Dartmouth College.

Nelson Urdaneta
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Nelson Urdaneta oversees Finance and Global Business Services, and is responsible for building a strong foundation of growth and long-term shareholder value to deliver the company’s purpose of Better Care for a Better World. 
 
Mr. Urdaneta joins Kimberly-Clark after nearly 17 years at Mondelēz International, where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility across multiple geographies, including Treasurer, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer of Asia Pacific, Supply Chain Finance leader for North America, and General Manager of Venezuela. Prior to joining Mondelēz, he held financial planning and analysis and supply chain pricing positions at Ryder System, Inc. 
 
Born in the U.S. and raised in Venezuela and the U.S., he holds an Economics degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Gonzalo Uribe
President, Latin American Consumer Business

As president of Kimberly-Clark's Latin American consumer business, Gonzalo Uribe leads the company's operations across Brazil, Central America and the Caribbean, and the Andean and Southern Cone regions of South America.

Since joining Kimberly-Clark in 2017, he has built an impressive record of results leading the Andean and North Latin America subregions. Prior to joining the company, Uribe held roles of increasing responsibility with Mondelez, Kraft, Cadbury, and Nabisco.

Gonzalo Uribe studied at the ICESI University Business School in Cali, Colombia, and holds a master’s degree in International Trade.

Tristram Wilkinson
President, Asia-Pacific Consumer Business

As president of Kimberly-Clark's Asia-Pacific consumer business, Tristram Wilkinson is responsible for the company's largest international region with operations in more than 30 countries, including China, India, Australia, Korea, and the ASEAN member states.

Since joining Kimberly-Clark in 1995 from Scott Paper, Wilkinson has worked in successive leadership roles in marketing and customer and general management across each of the company’s categories. He previously led the company’s EMEA consumer business, as well as operations in the UK & Ireland, and served as Vice President and Managing Director of Kimberly-Clark's consumer business in Central and Eastern Europe.

Wilkinson earned a master’s degree in Management from St. Andrews University, Scotland, and also studied Spanish at Salamanca University, Spain.
