Shane Azzi
Chief Supply Chain Officer

In his role as Chief Supply Chain Officer, Shane Azzi leads Kimberly-Clark’s global supply chain organization, with responsibility for manufacturing, procurement, logistics, safety and sustainability. He also leads the company’s supply chain transformation program.

With more than 25 years of diverse experience across supply chain functions, Mr. Azzi has served in several capacities across sectors and geographies. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2015, he served as the Global Vice President of Supply Chain for Mars Incorporated. During his 15 years at Mars, he held leadership positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of logistics management, information technology, supply chain management, sales and operations planning, and procurement.

Mr. Azzi began his career in the Australian Army as a Logistics Officer and served for 10 years in various planning and operations roles. He also has experience in the contract logistics field where he led operations and strategy focused on acquisitions and mergers. He holds an undergraduate degree in Management and a graduate degree in Integrated Logistics Management from the Royal Military College in Duntroon, Australia.

Maria Henry
Chief Financial Officer

Maria Henry is the chief financial officer for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. She has direct responsibility for finance, digital technology services and global business services, and is focused executing Kimberly-Clark’s enterprise strategy to build long-term shareholder value.

Ms. Henry has a 32-year track record of strong business and financial results. Before joining Kimberly-Clark in 2015, she was executive vice president and chief financial officer for The Hillshire Brands Company. Prior to the formation of Hillshire Brands, Ms. Henry was chief financial officer of Sara Lee Corporation's North American Retail and Foodservice business. Prior to that role, she spent five years as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Culligan International. In addition to her role at Kimberly-Clark, Ms. Henry serves on the board of directors for General Mills.

Michael D. Hsu
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

A 20-year veteran of the consumer products industry, Michael Hsu is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Kimberly-Clark Corporation and serves on its Board of Directors.

Before becoming CEO in January 2019, Mr. Hsu was chief operating officer, leading day-to-day operations of Kimberly-Clark’s business units, along with the global innovation, marketing and supply chain functions. Joining Kimberly-Clark in 2012 as group president of the company’s nearly $8 billion North American Consumer Products business, he quickly became known as a leader with passion and vision who could drive growth and value creation.

Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Mr. Hsu was executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Kraft Foods. Before Kraft, he spent six years at H.J. Heinz, holding the positions of vice president, marketing for Ore-Ida and Frozen Meals, and later as president for Foodservice. He launched his career in the consumer products industry as a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he rose to partner in the firm's consumer practice.

Mr. Hsu serves on the Board of Directors for United Way USA. He earned a bachelor's degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He and his wife live in Dallas, Texas.

Sandi Karrmann
Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Sandi Karrmann will have global responsibilities for the human resources function including talent recruiting, development and performance management, labor relations, compensation and employee benefits.

Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Karrmann's experience spans several key senior leadership roles at PepsiCo, YUM!, Pizza Hut and most recently with Tenet Health. She has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in Finance from the University of Southern California.

Alison Lewis
Chief Growth Officer

As chief growth officer for Kimberly-Clark, Alison Lewis will have responsibility for leading the global marketing team, building marketing capabilities, and leading the corporate research and engineering team on creating consumer-inspired innovation. She will play a key role in the company's initiatives to improve commercial capabilities that drive growth.

Lewis joined Kimberly-Clark in 2019 from Johnson & Johnson, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer of the Global Consumer business since 2013. Prior to her role at Johnson & Johnson, Lewis served as Chief Marketing Officer, Senior Vice President, North America at The Coca-Cola Company, where she held several assignments after joining that company in 1996. Preceding that, she held several brand management roles at Kraft Foods.

Robert Long
Chief Research and Development Officer

In the newly created role of Chief Research and Development Officer, Robert Long has global responsibility for the company's research, development, innovation and quality functions, and is charged with accelerating growth through innovation that addresses opportunities to elevate Kimberly-Clark’s trusted brands. 

Long holds more than four decades of research and development, quality and innovation leadership within the consumer products goods industry. He joins Kimberly-Clark after a 17-year tenure with The Coca-Cola Company that included senior leadership roles across countries and sectors, culminating in his most recent role as Coca-Cola's Senior Vice President for Global R&D and Chief Innovation Officer since 2016. Long's experience also includes 25 years at Procter and Gamble where he led research and development for feminine care in multiple markets as well as detergents, cosmetics and coffee.

Jeffrey Melucci
Chief Transformation, Business Development and Legal Officer

Jeffrey Melucci serves as Chief Transformation, Business Development and Legal Officer for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. In his role, Mr. Melucci is responsible for accelerating Kimberly-Clark’s global portfolio strategy by leading the company’s worldwide M&A, partnership, equity investment and divestiture initiatives, which is particularly focused on creating new growth engines for Kimberly-Clark. In addition, he leads the company's transformation roadmap for further building its global organizational capabilities. Mr. Melucci also leads all legal, public policy, governmental affairs, compliance and security operations for the company.

Mr. Melucci has a 20-year track record of delivering strong business and legal results. Before joining Kimberly-Clark in 2013, he held a series of general counsel and operational roles for General Electric over a nearly 10-year period. Mr. Melucci earned a bachelor's degree with honors from The Ohio State University and earned a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati where he was Managing Editor of the Law Review.

Aaron Powell
President, Asia-Pacific Consumer Business

As president of Kimberly-Clark's Asia-Pacific consumer business, Aaron Powell is responsible for the company's largest international region with operations in more than 30 countries, including China, India, Australia, Korea and the ASEAN member states.

Powell has held a series of roles with increasing responsibility since joining Kimberly-Clark in 2007. He most recently led the Kimberly-Clark Professional business globally, including a wide range of commercial products and services. Prior to that, he led the company's consumer business in EMEA, and served as Vice President and Managing Director of Kimberly-Clark's consumer business in Central and Eastern Europe.

Mr. Powell earned his undergraduate degree from Washington University, Saint Louis, and his MBA with honors from the Wharton School of Business.

Paula Ramos
Chief Strategy Officer

In her role of Chief Strategy Officer, Paula Ramos will have global responsibility for the company's enterprise strategy. Ramos is the first Latina to serve on the company's executive team, and brings diverse experience in the consumer goods industry, particularly in driving agility-led growth initiatives and commercial performance, to provide Kimberly-Clark with sharp focus on accelerating growth.

Ramos joins Kimberly-Clark after 18 years with McKinsey. As a partner at McKinsey, Ramos advised some of the world's largest consumer goods companies on entry into new markets while optimizing business portfolios. Drawing on her extensive experience in Latin America and the United States, she has guided initiatives to accelerate growth and improve organizational effectiveness. Most recently, Ramos led the firm's global consumer health practice, and played a pivotal role in McKinsey's inclusion and diversity program. Ramos earned a bachelor's degree in commerce from McGill University and her MBA from Harvard Business School.

Russ Torres
President, North America Consumer Business

As group president of Kimberly-Clark's North American consumer business, Russ Torres is responsible for the company's Personal Care and Consumer Tissue businesses in the U.S. and Canada, which are home to some of the world's most recognized and trusted consumer brands, including Huggies, Pull-Ups, Kleenex, U by Kotex, Depend, Cottonelle and Scott. He previously served as president of the Kimberly-Clark Professional business unit, which provides a wide range of commercial products and services globally, including tissue and wipers, skin care, safety and do-it-yourself products.

Mr. Torres joined Kimberly-Clark in 2020 with more than 20 years of deep experience within the consumer products goods industry, spanning a number of key senior leadership roles at Bain & Company, Mondelez International/Kraft Foods Inc., and Newell Brands, where he last served as Group President, leading five divisions, spanning 11 brands and nearly $6 billion in revenue in over 40 countries. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Magna Cum Laude high honors degree in physics from Dartmouth College.

Gonzalo Uribe
President, Latin American Consumer Business

As president of Kimberly-Clark's Latin American consumer business, Gonzalo Uribe leads the company's operations across Brazil, Central America and the Caribbean, and the Andean and Southern Cone regions of South America.

Since joining Kimberly-Clark in 2017, Uribe has built an impressive record of results leading the Andean region, and most recently the company's North Latin America subregion. Prior to joining the company, Uribe held roles of increasing responsibility with Mondelez, Kraft, Cadbury and Nabisco.

Tristram Wilkinson
President, EMEA Consumer Business

As President of Kimberly-Clark's Europe, Middle East and Africa consumer business, Tristram Wilkinson is responsible for one of the company's most dynamic and diverse regions, serving over two billion consumers in 120 countries with iconic brands, including Andrex, Depend, Huggies, Kleenex, Kotex, Lily and Scottex, across developed, developing and emerging markets.

Since joining Kimberly-Clark in 1995 from Scott Paper, Wilkinson has worked in successive leadership roles in marketing, customer and general management, and across each of the company’s categories. He has previously led the company’s operations in the UK & Ireland, and served as Vice President and Managing Director of Kimberly-Clark's consumer business in Central and Eastern Europe.
