Through our internal recruitment website, Open Opportunities, employees can check out available Kimberly-Clark positions. Employees are encouraged to take advantage and find new roles in the company using this program.

We ensure employees have meaningful objectives linked to business goals. All salaried employees use a performance management process that consists of feedback and coaching on their performance from their managers during the year.

Employees also participate in an annual assessment, which reviews their performance against objectives using our six One K-C Behaviors: Build Trust, Make Decisions, Win Consistently, Think Customer, Continuously Improve and Build Talent.

In 2012, Kimberly-Clark was ranked No. 4 on the "World's 25 Best Multinational Workplaces" by the Great Place to Work Institute. The survey measures employees' views on workplace attributes including credibility, fairness, respect, pride and camaraderie.
