Through our internal recruitment website, Open Opportunities, employees can check out available Kimberly-Clark positions. Employees are encouraged to take advantage and find new roles in the company using this program.

We ensure employees have meaningful objectives linked to business goals. All salaried employees use a performance management process that consists of feedback and coaching on their performance from their managers during the year, plus annual 360-degree feedback.

Employees also participate in an annual assessment, which reviews their performance against objectives using our six One K-C Behaviors: Build Trust, Make Decisions, Win Consistently, Think Customer, Continuously Improve and Build Talent.

In April 2011, Kimberly-Clark was named among the Top 100 Companies to Work For in 2011 by Savoy Magazine. The survey ranked companies based on their management philosophy, communication efforts, career opportunities and diversity outreach efforts, among other factors.
