The On-Line Retailer Connection provides consumers with information on where to purchase Kimberly-Clark Branded products online.


Program Details

Store Locator Tool

 Kimberly-Clark hosts a Store Locator tool on several of its' Branded web sites. This tool provides consumers with links to online retailers that sell Kimberly-Clark products. The tool also provides consumers with an option to find stores within a specified radius of their own neighborhood that carry some of Kimberly-Clark's newer or harder to find products. The later option is automated through an outside data source and does not require sign-up.


On-Line Retailer Sign-Up Requirements

This program is free to any retailer that sells Kimberly-Clark products on a continual basis and agrees to meet the following criteria:
  • The Web Site URL, which links to the retailer, must direct consumers to the specific page which contains Kimberly-Clark's product brands (no exceptions).
  • Retailer must sell at least 25% of the brand's product category in order to link to that respective brand's website.
  • If a retailer is participating in multiple Kimberly-Clark product categories, a product showcase page sharing the link is acceptable.
  • Retailer must ensure that product listings are accurate with trademarks spelled correctly. Any links to KC branded product logos or package icons that drill down to product information must accurately link to a description of that specific product
  • Retailer may NOT under any circumstances, "Cross-Sell" competing brands against KC product lines.
  • If a KC brand is discontinued, retailer must notify KC immediately so the link can be removed from our Store Locator tool.
  • It is NOT acceptable to flag a KC product with "discontinued" next to it. Retailer must remove the product listing or package icon from the respective brand's page view.
  • It is NOT acceptable to run a "Compare & Save" flag, ad or link off of any KC product whether it's "out of stock" or "in stock".
  • Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the retailer's website being deleted from our On-line Retailer Connection tools.

1. Access the sign-up form by clicking on the link below:

2. The retailer representative is required to fill out and submit the basic information on the sign-up form, including:
  • Retailer Name
  • Contact Name
  • Contact Street Address
  • Contact e-mail Address
  • Contact Phone number
  • Active Retailer Web Site Address
  • Zip Code, Coverage Areas
  • Store Pickup or Direct Delivery Available?

The retailer will receive an e-mail notice after the information is received by Kimberly-Clark.

3. Kimberly-Clark will verify the information and contact the retailer to request additional information if necessary:

  • Web Site Address - A specific address which links to the retailer's website. The URL should direct consumers to the specific page which contains Kimberly-Clark's product.


  • Retailer Banner - Retailers will need to provide an electronic banner/logo that will be displayed on the Online Store Locator tool results page. The banner must have pixel dimensions of 468W X 60H, be less than 15K in size and in a .gif file format.

  • Is Home Delivery Available? Yes___ No___
    Retailer must be classified as a "national account" and deliver throughout the United States to be included in this option.

Timing

Kimberly-Clark will target to have the retailer banner active within two weeks.
