You Sustainability

In 2022, Kimberly-Clark will have led the world in essentials for a better life for 150 years - and as we pave the way for another 150 years, sustainability must be at the heart of our business strategy.

This is about more than having a positive environmental and social impact. It's a way of doing business that ensures our leading position long-term.

We've set ambitious goals in five priority areas: Social Impact, Forests & Fiber, Waste & Recycling, Energy & Climate, and Supply Chain. With the commitment of our 43,000-strong team and global partnerships, together we will make these goals a reality.

We invite you to explore the stories that show how we are bringing our sustainability aspirations to life, as well as our latest report, which gives a comprehensive overview of our sustainability progress.

Safety made essential

In 2014, our operations achieved a 75% reduction in machinery-related risk as a result of implementing a global safety strategy to engage all employees.   We achieved a 19% reduction in reportable incidents and zero fatalities - the company's safest year ever.
