You may call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and access your account through a telephone service system. Options include:
- Account information: share balance, dividend and tax information.
- Request enrollment forms for dividend reinvestment and direct deposit, as well as duplicate 1099 form and dividend reinvestment statements.
- Request transfer instruction packages.
- Establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
