A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is typically required, along with knowledge of practices and policies within a targeted area of expertise.

The GRSA team works with K-C's global business teams to provide consulting services in the application of related good manufacturing practices, international standards and quality engineering tools.

This specialized team of experts provides proactive customer-facing regulatory, safety, quality and clinical expertise to assist in delivering products and solutions to market.

As part of this team you could monitor and provide supervision in the design, plan and development of all phases of clinical trials, design clinical protocols and case report forms and monitor clinical study sites in accordance with FDA and EU guidelines and regulations.

quality systems technical leader – Oversees and facilitates Quality Systems development of OTC Drug, Cosmetic, Medical Device manufacturing facilities for existing and new products, using critical thinking and interpersonal skills.

supplier quality – Ensures appropriate quality systems are established to develop and lead programs to qualify new suppliers and monitor supplier management activities and establishes contract manufacturing and supplier management systems in medical device, pharmaceutical or cosmetic industries.
