asset leader - Leads an asset team consisting of a group of operators, technicians, maintenance personnel and engineers. Responsibilities include the operation, performance and maintenance of a production asset such as a tissue converting line or a diaper production line, with focus on safety, productivity, and quality.
team leader - Leads a manufacturing or logistics department consisting of several asset teams, assuming responsibility for all facets of the department's operation, including long-range planning for asset utilization, staffing, training and the achievement of a broad scope of manufacturing management objectives.
mill manager - Assumes responsibility for the general management of a manufacturing site, consisting of multiple departments and functions. Concentrates on overall site performance, development of the site's human resources, strategic planning for the site and relations with the community as the representative of K-C.
operations consultant/manufacturing director - Assumes responsibility for project leadership assignments or business support assignments based at operations headquarters, working with the business leadership team and interacting with marketing, finance, planning and general management functions.
