CPMM's also develop strategies and tactics which alien with the customers key initiatives and strategies. Programs are executed via a customer marketing agency and an in market retail support team. Customer Marketing events and programs are evaluated post execution to measure results and apply learning for future projects. CPMM's also are responsible for managing a Customer Marketing Budget to support events in each market.
