Develops and maintains expertise in relevant information technology and functional disciplines in order to employ innovative approaches to problem solving. Adapts and applies project control techniques and systems development methodology to meet project requirements and establishes client and support team relationships, which ensure systems development and maintenance efforts to meet business goals.

Adapts and applies expert skills in developing and reviewing project management techniques and methods. Controls budgets, recurring costs and opportunity costs, provides leadership to subordinates, acting as coach, risk manager, performance evaluator, communicator and mentor, and maintains a broad and complete understanding of strategic business plans.
manager - Manages the activities and development of several teams working on projects and/or leads major IT programs. Exhibits a clear partnership with the client community, provides leadership to subordinates, acting as coach, risk manager, performance evaluator, communicator and mentor and participates in the development of strategic plans. consultant - Applies an advanced or expert level of know-how to the direction and/or implementation of IT programs and projects. Provides consulting services to various business units and IT services teams, makes recommendations and contributes to the expansion of K-C’s knowledge base such that customers and IT services developers have the information to implement effective solutions.
