hr business partners – Provides strategic HR expertise to our business units and global functions. Identifies opportunities to improve our organizational capability, and provides guidance to business leaders as they implement business processes and experience cultural changes that enable delivery of business results.
hr strategy & portfolio management – Provides stewardship for portfolio management and budgeting processes within the global HR organization to ensure that activities align with strategic organizational objectives and resources are allocated appropriately to meet project goals.
compensation and benefits - Provides a competitive total compensation package that is globally consistent in its approach to differentiate performance while being locally responsive to varying business, employee, and market needs. Areas of expertise include compensation, benefits, health & wellness, and mobility.
talent management - Provides innovative HR solutions that drive performance and develop the K-C leadership pipeline, equipping leaders, both personally and professionally, to manage and lead change. Areas of focus include organizational capability, recruiting and staffing, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
