K-C offers experienced finance professionals the opportunity to participate more actively in customer-facing roles. This means that in addition to mainstream financial analysis, the finance team is looking for professionals with broader career development experiences including marketing, customer development (sales), operations, logistics and others. Since our customers are located throughout North America, some of these positions may require relocation. We require a minimum of six to 10 years of relevant experience.

As an experienced financial professional, you will be given increasing responsibilities that may include developing strategic plans, leading cross-functional project teams, and providing other financial counsel as a business partner. Our financial function creates value and manages risk across the enterprise through business and financial expertise, combined with leadership in analysis, planning and execution. Guiding principles for the organization include focusing on the complete business process, delivering value-added information, insight and analyses to global business teams, maintaining a culture of strong and efficient controls, reducing complexity and maximizing organization efficiency, and developing and empowering a diverse organization to delivery superior results.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS |

business analysis - Provides analytical support, advice and counsel to manufacturing operations and business unit management as part of multi-functional business teams.
strategic analysis - Provides corporate analytical support, merger and acquisition expertise, and tactical business support.
accounting and reporting - Records, consolidates and reports projected and actual financial results for senior management, the Board of Directors, stockholders and government-required reporting.
tax - Provides counsel on tax planning, tax laws, legislative interpretation and business opportunity studies, and prepares federal, state and local tax returns for North American operations.
treasury - Manages the corporation’s financial resources and is involved with foreign currency exchange, domestic and international cash management, banking relations, credit policy and financial plan analysis and implementation.
risk management - Advises on risk financing and risk retention and structure, risk transfer and risk reduction methods for property, and casualty risks or other static risks faced by the company.
