WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING |

An entry-level development program offers high caliber college graduates will provide exposure to various Customer Development positions/processes/tools while developing key leadership qualities for future advancement at Kimberly-Clark.
Stage I Training: (Length: 3-9 Months)
You will receive exposure to North America Consumer Products Customer Development positions in the field and/or at the corporate level. You’ll interact across the board with Sales Leadership , Category Development, Customer Business Management, Market Business Analysis, Customer Marketing, Finance / Trade Management, Customer Relations, Logistics, Sales Plan Development, Shopper Insights, Retail Execution and Consumer Marketing.
Stage II Leadership Development: (Length: 2-4 Months)
Your leadership development will occur in the field in partnership with our retail broker partners. This stage will include the following:
- Leadership of a retail team including schedule management, recruitment, hiring, job evaluation and team motivation.
- Planning and resource management in regards to retail execution of K-C plans.
Stage 3 Evaluation and Placement
After completing the Training and Leadership Development stages a review process will be completed to determine where within the Customer Development organization you will begin your career.
