You will be contributing from day one. As an entry level college graduate, you will most likely enter IT services at K-C in an Analyst I position. This will place you directly on an IT services project team, working with and learning from other analysts. You will have the opportunity to apply information systems principles as you work with other professionals.

There are two ways to advance your IT services career at K-C. You may progress by furthering your technical/functional abilities across IT services teams, thereby tailoring yourself for individual contributor opportunities. The second way to develop your career is to couple your technical/functional knowledge with administrative and general business activities, thereby tailoring yourself for managerial opportunities.

As attractive career growth opportunities become available, transfers to other project teams or to other company locations may occur. Depending on your personal interests, capabilities and achievements, you may even elect to broaden your experience by pursuing a cross-functional career path outside of IT services.
