WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

For many, a career with Kimberly-Clark starts in our Analyst Development Program, based in Northeast Wisconsin or the Atlanta metropolitan area. The program is offered twice per year – with starting dates in January and June. We have year-round opportunities for people to join the team. If your availability does not coincide with one of our scheduled development program start dates, we may have an opportunity for you to go directly to an operations site. At the operations site, you will receive similar coaching and mentoring; and you can also expect to be part of the classroom portions of the development program. Be assured, we will provide you with the knowledge and tools to succeed in your role.

• Finance/Analysis: Tools and coaching that will help you to apply your academic and prior experiences to our manufacturing environment
• Personal Development: Building interpersonal and communication skills to prepare you for leadership roles
• Information Systems: Technical training on the resources that you will use to complete analysis projects
• Business Operations: Exposure to our staff and senior management teams to increase your understanding of how business decisions are made

business analysis - Provides analytical support, advice and counsel to manufacturing operations and business unit management as part of multi-functional business teams.

accounting and reporting - Records, consolidates and reports projected and actual financial results for senior management, the Board of Directors, stockholders and government-required reporting.

tax - Provides counsel on tax planning, tax laws, legislative interpretation and business opportunity studies, and prepares federal, state and local tax returns for North American operations.

operations audit - Evaluates management controls and business practices at operations around the world.
