Our research and engineering co-op/internship program provides you the opportunity to research, discover and develop materials, products and processes for our business.

 

With more than 400 active co-ops and interns, we look for a wide variety of engineering and science backgrounds such as apparel design, biochemistry, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, microbiology, paper science and engineering, physics, polymer design, textile chemistry, textile engineering and textile science.

Students interested in K-C’s research and engineering co-op and intern program must be a Bachelor of Science, master of science or doctoral student. We require a 3.0/4.0 GPA, and bachelor of science students must have completed at least one year of college courses. Co-op students will work three to five semesters at locations throughout the United States. Interns will work one semester or during summer sessions.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Research and Engineering co-ops and interns at K-C will gain real-world, hands-on experience in design using advanced processes, electrical, mechanical and industrial technologies used to manufacture K-C’s world famous brands.
