Helping Build Tomorrow's Leaders
Kimberly-Clark actively cultivates formal and informal partnerships with universities throughout North America. Through student career experience programs, scholarships and workshops, many rising students are involved with K-C before they even graduate. These opportunities help foster growth and development as well as exposure to our company's culture.
Highlighted below are examples of our campus partnerships programs.
- K-C sponsors a number of campus student professional organizations including National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Women Engineers and Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. K-C actively participates in interviewing and goal-setting workshops with members of these organizations to promote their professional development and academic achievement.
- Design Project opportunities provide upperclassmen and graduate students with a hands-on introduction to fundamental technology and practical applications in a variety of areas. Many of the projects are done in cooperation with K-C’s full-time engineers, and any other K-C function that may be involved with a particular design project.
