What You'll Be Doing

As part of Customer Development, you will set priorities, proactively identify all
issues and be able to offer potential solutions to help develop a plan of action
in sales and category management, and retail execution. You will work independently,
but involve internal and external resources as appropriate to develop the best business
results.

Job Descriptions

|
Customer Business Management - Initiates, develops and manages sales activities
by effectively selling and merchandising Kimberly-Clark’s world-famous brands to
key customers, including retail stores, buying groups, or headquarter accounts.
Category Management – provides leadership to assure that Kimberly-Clark’s
position as objective category management resource is clearly established with customer
and enabled by K-C. Provides effective leadership to assure that customer expectations
of category captains and category management resources are balanced with Kimberly-
Clark’s cross-functional, customer business model requirements. Ensures customer
category management objectives are understood and communicated throughout K-C to
help align business models to achieve mutual, year-on-year growth.
Business Development Management – coordinates and develops sales strategies
and tactics with assigned customers, ensuring the implementation of established
Integrated Customer Business Plans. These roles collaborate with other field sales
leaders and assigned customers to capture “Best Practices” and incorporate those
activities into the team operating practices. In addition, they provide leadership
and inspiration to teams, with talent development as a key responsibility. Included
in this group are channel development, shopper marketing, and go-to-market focuses.
Retail Execution Management – Optimizes customer retail execution within
assigned geography, supporting individual customer business plans through contacting
local customer retail operations personnel and local management of retail broker
resources.
Supply Chain Distribution Operations Management - Provides leadership direction
to the Consumer distribution centers in building the organizational, process, and
system capability to meet Consumer Business customer requirements and implement
supply chain initiatives to lower costs.
Supply Chain Customer Solutions Management - Manages and coordinates all
aspects orders from initial receipt until final delivery, ensuring best possible
customer service is provided to our internal and external customers.
Staff Support Positions - A number of developmental positions exist at our
Neenah, Wis., headquarters. These positions support the development of new computer
software, the strategic interaction between sales and the various marketing groups,
and the management of information (both brand related and general) sent to the field.
