Regulatory and Scientific Affairs

The global regulatory and scientific affairs (GRSA) team at Kimberly-Clark is a strategic business partner that enables the development and commercialization of innovative, safe and effective products and solutions worldwide. This is achieved by collaborating early in the business process and project planning, coordinating timely GRSA assessment and monitoring cost effective business solutions. Leadership demonstrated in these areas, combined with excellent safety and quality, results in delivering significant business impact for K-C's health and hygiene products. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is typically required, along with knowledge of practices and policies within a targeted area of expertise.

The GRSA team works with K-C's global business teams to provide consulting services in the application of related good manufacturing practices, international standards and quality engineering tools.
