We look for MBAs with four to six years of previous marketing experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry with a thorough understanding of marketing mix, advertising and promotion, packaging, pricing, category management and consumer need. Working knowledge of P&L management and financial decision-making methods, and experience and comfort with prudent risk taking are indicators of success for our marketers.
