Essential Functions
|
|
This position typically reports to the Brand Director or Senior Brand Manager. Key customers include sector and business unit management, the brand team, customer development, business development and marketing support teams. Key customers expect timely, thorough, accurate and efficient analysis and project management. Job responsibilities include:
- Conducting analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and market performance.
- Participate on a team to assist in the development of brand strategies and/or the brand commercial plan.
- Participate on a team to assist in the development customer specific commercial programs that integrate the brand / shopper and customers’ goals in support of the brand commercial plan.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of distribution, packaging, shelving and merchandising strategies and plans.
- Tracking marketplace performance, identifying gaps and recommending solutions

Qualifications
|
|
- MBA with an emphasis in Marketing
- 2 to 3 years previous business experience
- Previous marketing internship experience at a Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods corporation preferred
- Solid knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S. on a regular, full-time basis is required
