Process engineers at Kimberly-Clark initiate, design, develop, optimize and problem solve manufacturing processes in a manner that meets safety and performance expectations. Engineers typically work as part of a team. Project size and financial responsibility increases with experience, including potential leadership of engineering teams and large capital or developmental projects. Also, positions in operations, maintenance and other functional areas are available for potential growth opportunities. The incumbent typically reports to an Operating Asset Leader or Engineering Technical Leader and receives direction in the form of specific objectives. Key customers include: operations and reliability team members, site and sector management, Process and Technology Development (P&TD) team members.
