All graduates, regardless of their functional area, participate in the Professional Development Programme (PDP), an essential programme for early career professionals.
The five training modules that make up the PDP are delivered over an 18-month period, and offer professionals a lively and interactive development programme, using case studies, management simulations, discussions, videos, role plays and team activities to create an effective and memorable learning experience.
You’ll learn about:
- presentation skills
- effective team working
- influencing skills
- time management
- business effectiveness
- marketing
- finance
The emphasis is on developing practical, ‘how to’ skills so you’ll be able to put what you learn into practice as soon as you return to the workplace.
You’ll also have the opportunity to share your learning by joining with other professionals from across the region. You will stay with the same graduate intake throughout the PDP, which we hope will enable you to build many long-lasting business relationships and friendships.
