Finance professionals create value and manage risk and are an essential partner to the business, providing advice and counsel as an integral part of our business management teams.
We are organised into three areas working closely together:
- Centre of Excellence – such as Tax, Treasury or the Controllers Office, where we support our business teams with specialist financial expertise.
- Shared Service Centre – management reporting, statutory accounting and internal control. Credit and cash management, payables and leading process management techniques (such as 6 Sigma) are also handled at the Centre.
- Business analysis – partnering with the business to drive value and support on strategic development and major capital investments and advising on everything from sales and marketing to manufacturing and logistics.
