FAQ’s – Kimberly-Clark North American Careers

1)       HOW DO I LEARN ABOUT CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS AT KIMBERLY-CLARK?

Simply click on the Careers tab from Kimberly-Clark’s homepage to learn about the various career opportunities we have at K-C.  To view specific jobs that are available and the global locations in which they are located, click on the region of interest.

2)       WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO APPLY FOR A POSITION?

The best way for candidates to apply is online.

3)       HOW DO I SUBMIT MY RESUME?

Once you have found a position you are interested in, you can click on “Apply to this Job” and begin the application process.  In addition to providing some key information about yourself, you will be able to paste the text of your resume into the application form or attach a separate resume file.  You will also be able to attach additional documents (i.e. transcripts, cover letter, etc.).

4)       WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND A JOB I AM INTERSTED IN?

New jobs are posted as they open. You can check back or, to receive automatic email notifications of jobs you might be interested in, set up a job search agent.

5)       CAN I GET A JOB WITH KIMBERLY-CLARK IN THE UNITED STATES IF I AM NOT A U.S. CITIZEN?

Yes.  Any person authorized to work in the United States can apply for a position.

6)       WHY DO I HAVE TO SET UP A PROFILE?

As part of the application process, you will be asked to register by specifying a username and password.  You can use this anytime to retrieve your personal information and job profile.  This means you do not have to enter the same information again if you apply for multiple jobs.

7)       WHAT IF I CAN’T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD?

Use the “Forgot Password” link from the job search screen.  This will prompt you for the email address you used to register your profile, and will send your password to this email address.

8)       I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO MY REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS.  WHAT CAN I DO?

For privacy and confidentiality reasons, we are unable to verbally distribute any password information.  In this case, create a new profile with your current email address.

9)       I AM LIVING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES BUT WOULD LIKE TO APPLY FOR A JOB AT KIMBERLY-CLARK IN NORTH AMERICA.  WHAT DO I DO?

In order to apply for a position the system can only accept a U.S. address.

10)   WHAT DO I DO AFTER I SUBMIT MY RESUME AND INTEREST FOR A POSITION?

Due to the large number of resumés we receive, only those candidates being considered for the position will be contacted by a recruiter.   If you are being considered for a position, a member of our recruiting team will contact you to schedule a time to discuss your background, experience, interests, and the current open position.  If you are not considered for the position you applied to, we will retain your information according to state guidelines.  Please reapply if you are interested in other career opportunities at K-C.
